Our Photography Studio space in York, PA is available for hourly rentals to fellow creatives.

Our Studio space can accommodate up to 25 people for Photography, Videography or other artistic projects.

Here are some of the features:

• Free Off Street parking
• Handicap Accessible Entrance and Bathroom
• 40' x 40' Studio space with high ceilings
• Spacious Changing Room with Hair & Make-up stations
• Gray LVP and/or Concrete flooring areas
• Green, Blue, Brown or Red hand-painted canvas backdrops
• Various paper backdrops available for an additional fee of $25 per rental period (limited colors available, can source additional colors with 2+ weeks notice)

The rate/fee schedule is as follows:

Standard Studio Space Rental: $50+tax per hour with a 2 hour minimum

Studio Space Rental with use of Rain Room feature: $75+tax per hour (can be used as a 1 hour upgrade to the Standard Space rental)

Orendorff Studios Photography Membership

The Studio Membership is perfect for Photographers looking to grow your business by offering indoor photo sessions without the financial commitment for your own location.

Studio Rental Time/Cost:

• 6 hours of Studio time per month - $250+tax per month
• 10 hours of Studio time per month - $350+tax per month
• Additional Studio hours can be added at $40+tax/hour (pending availability)

All Memberships include:

• Free Off Street parking
• Handicap Accessible Entrance and Bathroom
• 40' x 40' Open Concept Studio space with high ceilings
• Spacious Changing Room with Hair & Make-up stations
• 107” & 53” Paper backdrops in a variety of colors - new colors can be added with enough notice
• Variety of other backdrop options
• Light stands, modifiers and props available. Does not include lights.
• Wifi access
• 1 hour of Photography/Business education with Tim or Jen each month (Off camera flash, Lightroom, Image Management, Website/SEO, Marketing etc)

Miscellaneous details:

• Each month’s hours start on the 1st and end on the last day of the month.
• No rollover of unused hours.
• Proof of liability insurance required.
• Orendorff Studios staff may be on-site during rentals.
• Memberships are available per person. Shared Memberships between Creatives are prohibited.
• Membership includes the use of the space for creative purposes only.
• Members may not schedule any meetings, parties, events or tours without prior approval.
