Sports Team Photo Day Photography Services in York, PA

We pride ourselves in making photo day fun as well as providing high quality photos. We’re just a phone call, email or Facebook message away if anyone has questions before or after photo day. 

THERE IS NO CHARGE TO YOUR ORGANIZATION FOR PHOTO DAY!  We will work with your organization's contact to coordinate scheduling for the Team(s). We will ask for each Team’s Roster as soon as they are ‘set’ to begin preparing for your organization’s photo day. 

There are no paper forms to hand out or collect prior to photo day. Parents can order online at their convenience from an online viewing gallery of their child(ren)'s photos after the images are processed and graphics are complete. 

We take every player's photo that attends photo day. Parents don't have to bring any order forms/confirmations or complete any paperwork during photo day.

We work with each League to schedule a mutually convenient date/time for the Photo Day session at an indoor location. This eliminates the need for reschedules due to inclement weather and provides a more controlled environment for the photo process. If the League does not have access to indoor space, we would source an indoor location near you.  

With our photo day system, teams are composited together allowing for each team member to be photographed individually. This prevents the waiting time usually seen on picture day for the “team” photo. If a player cannot make it to photo day, each league will be provided with a makeup session option at our Studio.  Parents can also reach out to schedule a makeup session at the Studio prior to the League's photo day if they know they will be unable to attend.   

After the photo orders are complete, we’ll reach out to the League/Scheduling representative to coordinate a time to deliver the orders for distribution. We’ll also include a complimentary digital copy of the Team photo(s) for each participating team to be shared on the League’s social media page, website or other marketing materials for registration/signups.

We can also work with the Organization, Teams and Parents to create custom banners to showcase your athletes and/or Teams.

We also offer custom Banners to celebrate graduating Seniors of our local High Schools. These can be for 1 Senior on the Tennis Team or 15 on the Football Team and anything in between. 

The Banner is custom design to match school colors and we share a design proof to ensure names are spelled correctly before printing.

We offer a variety of Banner sizes for both the individual player and/or the group of Seniors together.
